Service and maintenance for our customers.
Every fireplace we install is one we intend to look after. Maxwell Fireplace provides service and maintenance for the gas fireplaces we have sold and installed, so the same people who planned your fireplace are the ones who keep it running well. If you are a Maxwell Fireplace customer, we would be glad to hear from you.
If your fireplace was purchased or installed elsewhere, we are not able to take on service work for it. We would kindly suggest contacting the dealer who installed it, or the manufacturer, who can point you to an authorized service provider near you. Thank you for understanding.

Repairs & Troubleshooting
Igniters, gas valves, thermocouples, control modules — diagnosed and repaired by certified technicians.
Glass & Logset Care
Professional glass cleaning and log placement check — the small details that make a big difference to flame quality.
Venting & Air Intake
Seasonal inspection of flue, vent, and air intake to clear obstructions and confirm proper airflow before the cold sets in.
Controls & Remote
Ignition, remote, and thermostat checks — fresh batteries where needed, firmware where applicable.
