Noel Cormack has been in the hearth industry since 1986. Beginning as an apprentice fireplace installer, he gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field and in showroom sales until acquiring Maxwell Fireplace in 1993. Since then, Noel has steadily taken the company to new heights by offering a broader and more exclusive product range, expanded the company’s geographic reach, and infused a cross-section of talented leaders and team members in all areas of the business. An intuitive and savvy businessman with strong values and a passion for the hearth industry, Noel is the leader at the helm of a successful brand, and the visionary in how he sees the evolution of the hearth industry in the coming years.

Whether it’s operational efficiency, product assortment, human resources, customer & community relations, marketing, or branding, this team is committed to the delivery of our strategic plan, and dedicated to ensure excellence in everything we do for our customers, our team members and our community.

Sales Team

Our Sales Consultants are well-versed in our products and FireSpace design. Dedicated to exceptional service standards, our Sales Team provides one-on-one consultation to inform every customer on all options so they can select and design the right fireplace for their FireSpace.

Operations Team

The Operations Team orchestrates and coordinates numerous activities and communications so that the customer journey with Maxwell Fireplace is seamless from start to finish. Whether ordering and delivering fireplaces, scheduling installations and service, drafting fireplace concepts or coordinating permits and communications, the Operations team is the glue that holds everything together between the purchase, installation and servicing of fireplaces.

Install And Service Team

This team is well-equipped and trained to install and service all types of fireplaces in all kinds of FireSpaces. Whether indoor or outdoor, a renovation or new build, or simply an update or conversion to an existing FireSpace, our customers count on this team for nothing less than quality workmanship.
