Some fireplaces are meant to be tucked into a wall. The Regency® Grandview series is meant to be the wall — a big, confident, traditional fire built to anchor a whole room. Three sizes, one idea: the largest viewing area in its class, wrapped in a clean, almost frameless front, so what you see is fire and very little else. An integrated Invisimesh safety screen keeps the glass safe to be near without ever getting between you and the flame.

Behind that glass is Regency's split-flow Infusion Burner — the same patent-pending technology that redefined their inserts, scaled up for a room-sized fire. It layers flame front to back for real depth, so the fire carries the height, movement, and lazy randomness of burning wood rather than the tidy blue row of a lesser gas unit. It is, simply, one of the most convincing gas flames made today.

Then you make it your own. Choose a traditional log grate with an Oak, Birch, or Driftwood set for a classic hearth — or a contemporary crystal tray for a bed of glowing glass. Line the firebox in brick, herringbone, volcanic black, or reflective glass; finish the face in black, brushed nickel, or copper. The Grandview is built to be mixed and matched into something that's yours, not the showroom's.

The Grandview's quiet masterstroke is the Cool Wall System. A patented heat exchanger and a glass safety barrier work together as a silent, fan-free convection loop that draws heat out of the firebox and keeps the wall directly above the fireplace cool to the touch. In practice that means two things people love: you can mount a television or hang art right above the fire, and you can run your finishing material — tile, stone, even combustible millwork — straight up to the edge of the glass. The heat goes into the room, not into the wall.

Control is just as considered. Regency's Proflame II thermostatic remote runs the flame, the ember-bed lighting, and the heat independently — so on a mild West Coast evening you can have the glow of a fire with barely any heat at all, and on a cold night let the optional blower push warmth into every corner of the room. Top-down and ember-bed lighting add depth after dark; a single button sets the mood.

The G800 steps up to 36 inches — the everyday great-room size, the one most rooms are asking for, and indoor/outdoor capable as well. And the G1200 is the statement: the largest and most advanced Grandview yet, a wide traditional firebox with an extra-large viewing area and up to 53,000 BTU — built for the grand room where the fireplace is meant to be the first thing you see and the last thing you forget.
